The Jennifer Wilks Foundation was established to
honor Jennifer and to raise funds for the charities
that helped put a smile on her face during her
battle with AML. We will be helping the children and
their families while they fight their battle at the
new Dell Children’s Hospital here in Austin. We will
be bringing them special dinners at the hospital 3
times a month. There will also be a special dinner
for Christmas
as well as gifts for the kids and
their siblings. Another great organization at the
hospital is the Hungry Bunch Youth Group. The Hungry
Bunch does special monthly activities with the kids
and they have a special camp that they bring the
kids to once a year. Jennifer loved the Hungry Bunch
and we are proud to help support them. We will grant
a wish through the Make A Wish Foundation for a
child here in the Austin area. This will be our 3rd
year doing this. We will also help the Leukemia
Lymphomas Society and the His Grace Foundation in
2008.
